On January 12th, 2005, 12 firefighters from fire departments in Carbon, Schuylkill, and Monroe counties, met at American Fire Company #1 in Lansford to form a new chapter of the Red Knights International Firefighters Motorcycle Club. Following this meeting, we applied for a charter.
Our charter was approved on January 26th, 2005, with the official name of The Red Knights International Firefighters Motorcycle Club, Pennsylvania Chapter 18, Lehighton, or Pennsylvania 18 for short.
Currently, we have 17 Charter, 16 Active, and 7 Social members, as well as 1 Honorary Member from the following fire departments:

In addition to motorcycling, we promote motorcycle safety, project a positive image of motorcycle enthusiasts, enjoy the Fraternity of Firefighters, and contribute to local charities.
